Watchlist (the "Service") is an independent, non-commercial personal project. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

The Service is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. You access the Service through a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities performed under it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post or distribute illegal content, extremist materials, defamation, third parties' personal data, links, or spam. You also agree not to perform automated data scraping, deploy unauthorized bots, interfere with system security, or place artificial load on the Service infrastructure. The Service does not host, stream, or store video media files.

3. User content

You are solely responsible for the content you create or submit (usernames, comments, rating notes, custom card fields). The Service reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any user content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations.

4. Third-party data

Film metadata and posters are provided by third-party sources (KinoPoisk and IMDb data) on an "as is" basis and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

5. No warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is a hobby project that may change, become unavailable, or shut down at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account menu. The operator may terminate access for violations of these Terms.
